Most kitchen renovations take 3–8 weeks depending on scope. A small refresh (new countertops, backsplash, hardware) runs 1–2 weeks, while a full gut renovation with layout changes typically takes 5–8 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline at the project kickoff.

We provide full-service design-build renovations. Our in-house interior designers work with you to develop the vision, select materials, and create 3D renderings before construction begins. This seamless approach eliminates miscommunication between designer and contractor.

We handle all required permits for your project — structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Our team is deeply familiar with Portland and surrounding city requirements and manages the entire permitting process as part of your project.

In most cases, yes. We maintain a clean and organized job site, establish clear work hours, and section off work areas to minimize disruption. For large whole-home renovations or during specific phases (like major plumbing work), temporary relocation may be recommended.

All RenovaPro projects come with a 5-year workmanship warranty covering labor and installation defects. Material warranties vary by manufacturer (typically 1–25 years). We also provide a 1-year comprehensive follow-up inspection at no charge.
